Essential maintenance work will result in an additional payment run and affect our civil helpline

We are planning an additional payment run on Thursday 28 November and there will a limited helpline service because of essential IT maintenance work.

Additional payment run

The additional payment run on 28 November will reach the bank accounts of affected providers on Tuesday 3 December.

The existing payment due to take place on Wednesday 27 November is unaffected and will continue as normal.

Our monthly provider statements of account (PSoAs) will not include information about the payment run on 28 November. 

This is because it will be compiled on the evening of 27 November.

Civil and family helpline

The maintenance work will also affect our civil and family telephone helpline number on Friday 29 November.

On 29 November we will have no access to case details. So we will only be able to deal with non-case specific enquiries.

Processing your work

We will also be unable to process any urgent work on 29 November. So it is important that you submit urgent work in advance of this date. 

Any emergency applications for funding or urgent requests for amendment received by 12pm on 28 November by email will be considered before 5pm on that day.

Crime helpline

The crime helpline is largely unaffected by the maintenance work and will be open as usual between 10am-12pm and 3pm-5pm.
