[2006] EWCA Crim 1860

A judge had been correct to allow evidence to be admitted under the Criminal Justice Act 2003 s.98(a) , despite its being more appropriate to admit it under one of the s.101 gateways of the 2003 Act as evidence of a defendant's propensity for untruthfulness.
