Update from LAA on DSCC crisis & complaints mailbox

Following the apparent ongoing issues with the DSCC, a new dedicated complaints email address has now been sent up:
Please use this mailbox to log complaints directly with the new provider. We would suggest that you also follow specific case complaints up with your LAA Contract Manager.
Please note the DSCC general enquiries mailbox has now also been changed to:
If you do make a complaint we would appreciate it if you could also copy the LCCSA into the email. The LCCSA email address is admin@lccsa.org.uk
