Tycoon faces jail threat for ignoring maintenance order
PUBLISHED July 29, 2014An oil tycoon who pleads poverty but still lives in luxury in his tax haven Monaco home, lavishing money on his children, faces jail for failing to pay his ex-wife a lump sum of £17.5 m and £270,000 a year maintenance.
