[2005] EWCA Crim 904

The appellant's conviction for robbery of car keys was unsafe where, in addition to "negative evidence" as to the offender's description and identification, there was a strong possibility that the fresh evidence, which purported to exonerate the appellant from the robbery, was capable of belief.
