[2007] EWCA Crim 3267

Despite some confusion which might have occurred in the minds of jurors due to the wording of an indictment, in the circumstances the only sensible conclusion was that the jury had addressed the correct issue of whether a person had intentionally or dishonestly made a false statutory declaration.
