Where the appellant had called unreliable expert evidence based on hearsay evidence from drug users the judge was right to exclude it and the appeal against conviction was dismissed. A sentence of three years for possessing a class A drug with intent to supply, where the appellant was a social supplier, was quashed and substituted with a term of two years.
