R v BILL BISHOP (2013)
PUBLISHED November 26, 2013
 EWCA Crim 2413
A conviction for causing death by careless driving was safe where there was evidence that a defendant had driven at excessive speed, had driven erratically, and had failed to have his windscreen wipers on and his headlights on full beam in spite of dark and rainy conditions. The judge's summing up had been unobjectionable and he had reminded the jury of the evidence fairly.
