PUBLISHED June 15, 2000An order imposed in the United States of America for supervised release from custody formed part of a sentence for the purposes of Art.VII(4) Sch.1 Extradition Act 1989, and therefore a person could be extradited for breach of the supervision part of the sentence when the custodial part of the sentence had already been served.
