[2009] EWHC 1483 (Admin)

A repatriated prisoner was not entitled to have his sentence by a Thai court reviewed by the English courts where he had been transferred back to the United Kingdom under a prison transfer agreement between Thailand and the UK which did not allow a prisoner to challenge his sentence in the English courts.
