[2004] EWHC 361 (Admin)

On an application of Prosecution of Offences Act 1985 s.22(3) it was open to the courts to hold that there was a good and sufficient cause to extend custody time limits notwithstanding that the prosecution had failed to act with all due diligence and expedition in one minor respect.
