In his London courtroom last week, Judge Andrew McDowall, a 40-year veteran of the Bar, sounded unusually thankful to be shot of the latest case involving Koo Stark. "It is an unfortunate fact," he said, "that for many years these parties have been locked in battle. If things had gone differently, we might have been here for days."
