[2013] EWCA Civ 1554

A judge was justified in finding that a wife had aided the commission by her husband of a criminal offence under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 s.19 and s.23. She undertook the acts of assistance relied upon deliberately, realising that they were capable of assisting him, and knew all the elements of his offence, namely the regulated activity that he was carrying on.
