[2007] EWCA Crim 1248
In confiscation proceedings the judge had erred in his calculation of the gross proceeds of drug trafficking that arose from the conspiracy as he had wrongly aggregated the buying and selling prices of the drugs since the proceeds of sale and money used to buy new supplies of drugs was the same money, and had also wrongly rejected figures agreed between the appellant and the Crown in relation to the quantities and price of the drugs.
