Eden Vale Solicitors are recruiting Consultant Duty Solicitors 

The firm is looking for Consultant Duty Solicitors to start with us with your ROTAS from the 1st of April 2023 or as soon as possible thereafter.

The firm will be responsible for your practising certificate. You will work from home and receive a fee share of 70% for all your ROTA work, 70% for all your own client private work and 70% of the LF1/AGF for your own cases where you have been the advocate or prepared the case.

All other work, including firm’s work will be a 50% share if you have been the advocate or prepared the case.

Individual attendances will be paid at agency rates.

£100 per Police Station, £60 per Magistrates Court.

The Supervising Duty Solicitor of the firm will receive 75% of all ROTA work if you do your own prep and appearances where you have the right of audience. All the above terms and other terms are negotiable.
