Natasha Lake and Holly Newing of 5 Paper Buildings will present an all you need to know webinar on the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022.

The 45-minute session will include an overview of sections already in force, including changes concerning time limits, road traffic offences, the extraction of information from electronic devices, and the amendments to youth remand and sentence.  Sections not yet in force, such as the new, ‘two tier’ system of cautioning will also be considered.

The session will focus on how, practically, the legislation is likely to affect criminal practitioners and the advice they give to their clients.
