The Sentencing Act 2026 – LCCSA free online training

We look forward to welcoming Mark Troman, former President of the LCCSA and solicitor at Powell Spencer & Partners who will be providing online training on the new Sentencing Act 2026.

The training will cover the practical implications of this new legislation for criminal litigation practice. Particular focus will be afforded to those provisions that came into force on 22 March 2026.
