Appeal against the validity of a search warrant dismissed because: (1) there had been proper judicial intervention; and (2) the lack of a remedy against ex parte applications by the police for search warrants should have been a complaint under Art.13 European Convention on Human Rights which was excluded from the Human Rights Act 1998.
