Miles Bennett: is regularly instructed to both defend and prosecute proceedings brought by enforcement authorities including trading standards, the Competition and Markets Authority, the Health and Safety Executive, the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency and private prosecutors such as the Federation Against Copyright Theft.
Kevin McCartney: specialises in the defence of professionals before both the criminal courts and disciplinary bodies. He frequently acts for, amongst others, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, solicitors and police officers facing career ending proceedings.
