I am saddened to read the note from the Vice Chair of the CBA to his members.
It is an inaccurate and unnecessary attack on solicitors that does nothing but play into the hands of the MOJ.
It further undermines unity between the professions but most importantly loses sight of what this is really about: access to justice and reduction in State accountability.
